HEAVY-DUTY GEAR HEAD TROLLEY OPERATOR
The GCL-GT explosion-proof operator is designed for standard-lift sectional doors that have up to 60 cycle/hour duty requirement.

FM APPROVED. The FM APPROVED mark, which is backed by scientific research and testing, indicates equipment specified for hazardous locations conforms to the highest standards.
The explosion-proof motor is UL Listed and CSA Certified for hazardous location use in areas classified as Class I, Group D and Class II Group F & G. Hoist unit motors available in ½ horsepower single phase, 1 horsepower three phase and 3 horsepower three phase.
Intrinsically safe design allows use of NEMA Type 1 control elements, such as push button stations, safety edges, and key switches.
Limit overrun provides overrun adjustment from the down limit to fine tune the door seal to the floor.
Cycle counter indicates the number of cycles logged for easy maintenance support.
Voltage freedom - Order phase specific operator for the job and have the ability to select the right voltage on the job site. Single phase: 115/208/230 VAC or three phase: 208/230/460 VAC models available.
Diagnostic LED visual indicators provide real-time status and trouble-shooting assistance.
Open/close/stop and setup keys included on control board.
